Welcome to Three Petals LLC Terms & Conditions
By choosing to work with Three Petals LLC, you agree to the following terms:
- A signed contract and a non-refundable deposit are required to secure your event date. All outstanding balances must be settled by the due date indicated on your invoice. Deposits are non-refundable and do not guarantee specific services until the final payment is made.
- Final guest counts should be submitted at least one week prior to the event. Changes to guest counts, services, or other details made after this deadline may incur additional fees.
- Clients must ensure that the venue is accessible and that all necessary permits or approvals are obtained beforehand. Delays caused by venue restrictions or client-related issues will not result in extended service time.
- For events held outdoors, Three Petals LLC is not liable for disruptions caused by weather or other unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to alter, pause, or discontinue our services if conditions are deemed unsafe.
- Food and beverage items may contain allergens. Guests with specific dietary needs are encouraged to inquire about ingredients and suitability before consumption.
- For any bar services, clients must provide their own alcohol and ensure compliance with local laws regarding alcohol service and consumption.
- Three Petals LLC is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses that occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to guest behavior, venue conditions, or natural disasters. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services rendered.
- By booking with Three Petals LLC, you grant permission for the use of event photographs for promotional purposes unless a written request is submitted prior to the event.
By requesting a quote, signing a contract, or making any payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
