Service Description
Treat your guests to a fun and delicious experience with our Mini Pancake Bar. Each package includes freshly prepared mini pancakes, a variety of toppings, fresh fruit selections, sweet drizzles, disposable serving ware, professional setup and breakdown, and a beautifully styled display that guests of all ages will enjoy.
Cancellation Policy
BOOKING & PAYMENT:Submitting a booking request does not guarantee availability. A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. Events with unpaid balances may be cancelled. GUEST COUNT: Final guest count must be provided at least 7 days prior to the event. Additional guests may be accommodated based on availability and will incur additional charges. TRAVEL & SETUP: Travel fees may apply outside our standard service area. Three Petals LLC will arrive before the scheduled event time for setup and will remove all service-related items at the conclusion of the event. OUTDOOR EVENTS: For outdoor events, clients must provide a safe and suitable environment for service. Three Petals LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue service if weather or site conditions pose a safety risk. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY: Flowers, ingredients, toppings, garnishes, décor, and other materials are subject to seasonal availability. Comparable substitutions may be made when necessary. ALCOHOL POLICY: Three Petals LLC does not provide, sell, transport, or supply alcoholic beverages. Clients are solely responsible for purchasing alcohol and complying with all venue requirements and applicable laws. CANCELLATIONS: All retainers are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event may be subject to additional fees based on preparation, inventory, and staffing costs already incurred. DAMAGE & LIABILITY: Clients are responsible for any damage caused to carts, equipment, décor, furniture, displays, umbrellas, signage, or other property belonging to Three Petals LLC by guests, vendors, or venue staff. Three Petals LLC is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by weather, venue restrictions, power outages, acts of nature, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control. PHOTOGRAPHY: Unless otherwise requested in writing before the event, Three Petals LLC may photograph portions of the setup and service for promotional, website, and social media purposes. By submitting a booking request, paying a retainer, or booking a service with Three Petals LLC, the client acknowledges and agrees to these policies.
